Membership Rules & Regulations

1. The certificate will be issued to each member.
2. Membership of the person with J. K. Consultancy will start once the J. K. Consultancy team approves it, after the full fee is paid and the form is duly filled.
3. According to the membership and Certification; you may adopt the J. K. Consultancy designator letters after your name, they are- AMJKC, PMJKC, LMJKC, SMJKC and JCFP (JKC Certified Forensic Professional) after their names.
4. J. K. Consultancy provides educational opportunities for its members with special discounts.
5. As a J. K. Consultancy member, you’re entitled to a special discount on J. K. Consultancy Products and Services.
6. Being a member of J. K. Consultancy makes a strong statement about who you are, and what you stand for. J. K. Consultancy is a national recognition and forensic services will help you improve your knowledge base.
7. J. K. Consultancy promotes accuracy, precision, and specificity in the forensic identification sciences.
8. Access to J. K. Consultancy Blogs, Forums and Communities, a collection of knowledge sources and an annually updated Membership Directory.
9. Opportunities for information sharing and discussion of Forensic Science Problems, Questions, Research and Development.
10. Personal contact with the most up-to-date, talented forensic identification specialists, scientists in the world through conferences, workshops, and seminars.
11. Free access to the e-journals and e-newsletter of our organization.
12. Employment announcements for student members and many more.
13. Qualification, Experience Certificates and other certificate will be required from each person wishing to join the membership.
14. J. K. Consultancy has the right to cancel any of the membership or make amendment in the same without prior notice to its members.
15. Membership does not mean that a person is working for or on behalf of J. K. Consultancy. It just a value added to your CV or Profession.
16. Member will have no right to take or apply for any other membership from any association, organization doing similar work as J. K. Consultancy till he / she is the member of J. K. Consultancy.
17. Member is not an employee or agent of the J. K. Consultancy.
18. The application fee paid for the membership is not refundable and non transferable.
19. J. K. Consultancy reserves the right to alter fee or any of the terms or conditions described in this site/brochure without notice at any time and to deny enrolment to any person without explanation.
20. After registration member will receive their certificate within 15 to 20 working days. In some cases it may take more time due to un-avoidable reasons.
21. J. K. Consultancy and Team will not be responsible for the act of the member and for their behavior. Member will be solely and wholly responsible for their act and for their behavior.
22. Member is to be governed with the J. K. Consultancy rules and regulations and if he / she is found misusing of membership or not following the rules than his membership may be terminated immediately.
23. Member has no right to ask work from or in the name of J. K. Consultancy. However it will be the discretion of J. K. Consultancy to give work to the member or not.
24. J. K. Consultancy is a Government Registered, ISO 9001-2015 Certified organization. We are an Autonomous Forensic Organization / Corporate.
25. Acceptability of Recognitions is depending up on respective team / officer / organization.
26. On cancellations or withdrawals or termination, no payments will be refunded.
27. Fees and the terms and condition are subject to change without prior notice.
28. All the deposit in the form of DD/ Cheque should be in the favour of ‘J. K. Consultancy ‘ payable at New Delhi.
29. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Delhi, India only.
